Soufrière Innovation & Career Development Centre (formerly)

The Soufriere Community Access Centre (SCAC) aims to increase technology usage among residents of Soufriere, particularly in low to middle income communities. It provides low-cost access to computers, internet, and other technologies to facilitate information gathering, communication, and development of digital skills. The SCAC focuses on community development and bridging the digital divide through the use of ICTs. Since its launch in May 2012, the Centre has successfully implemented educational programs and community initiatives to improve computer literacy and enhance the lives of Soufriere residents.
